Capabilities

An experienced Lottery Consultant will spend time with you setting up your Lottery System. This will include all aspects of Recruitment, Office Procedures, Marketing Campaigns and Progress Reporting. The Consultant will be in attendance at your site ay Key times from the Start Up Meeting through to appointment of the Lottery Manager and to the end of the first year of your Lottery. He will monitor progress made by your Lottery Office Team and report as necessary.

At the end of the Consultancy an Office Manual will be produced which has the blue print of your Lottery for staff to consult as needed.
