Our Job Costing package is based on labour time costs and expenses costs and is primarily aimed at Companies who charge their Clients on a fee basis. The system was developed for Architects, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Solicitors, Accountants, Marketing Consultants etc. The system tracks staff time, staff expenses and other expenses on a Job basis. You can set up various parameters like Personnel Rates, Service Rates and Expense Codes and Costs. It uses the concept of Time Sheets and Expenses Sheets which your staff fill in on a day to day basis. There is a comprehensive set of reports which allow you to summarise your Job data in a variety of ways. You can record projected fees for each job so that invoicing can be monitored. The fee summary report gives you a year at a glance breakdown and totals of the fees for the comming year. There is a dynamic link to the Invoice form so that a projected fee can be automatically transferred into an Invoice at the touch of a button. You can also record Invoice information on a Job basis and use the internal Invoice editor to write and print your Invoices. The system can be used to monitor Job Costs against agreed fixed fees. Two methods are employed for this - Work in Progress and Account in Progress. The Job Costing system can interogate your Sage Accounts data to maintain a common list of Client's data. The Job Costing data can also be interogated from programmes such as Access, Word and Excel using the Microsoft ODBC interface. Pricing
All the above prices are only applicable to UK customers and are subject to VAT. The costs for the System and additional users include the Licence fee, Maintenance and Support for a period of one year. Thereafter additional costs of 20% of those quoted will be charged per annum.
