We have developed a comprehensive Management package for organisations that offer their customers Loyalty Schemes. The software covers the requirements of customer details and tracks whenever a customer buys your goods or uses your services. The tracking is carried out by manual input or Loyalty card which can be read by swipe readers or chip and pin readers.

The software has the following features :

bulletTracks letters and phone calls made to and from Customers and Suppliers.

The software is menu driven with easy to understand forms which have a variety of helpful tools to keep operator input errors to a minimum.

Reports can be browsed before printing and can be printed to any available printer. Data can be exported for use in Word, Excel and Access. Outlook can be used to send emails from within our system.

All the above prices are only applicable to UK customers and are subject to VAT. The costs for the System and additional users include the Licence fee, Maintenance and Support for a period of one year. Thereafter additional costs of aproximately 20% of those quoted will be charged per annum.
