Our Lottery System is fully supported by highly motivated experts in the field of Community Lotteries. The support is split between General Consultancy, Computer Software and Computer Hardware (if you buy equipment from us).

Consultancy Support - UK only

Software Support

bulletOn line remote support for our staff to update your software or make other changes.
bulletAnswers to written queries (slow mail).
bulletReplies to email queries.

Hardware Support

bulletContracts available for on site fixing of all computer and printer problems.
bulletTwelve month return to base warranty parts and labour on all equipment supplied by us as standard.
